Kathryn Hessell has been working within Harcourts Cooper & Co for over six years as a Personal Assistant. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Kathryn worked for over 20 years as both a Personal Assistant and Legal Executive within two city law firms. Kathryn has a great work ethic, excellent attention to detail, time management and administrative skills, all of which are vital to the smooth running of Carmen’s business and to ensure excellent service to her clients.
Martin Cooper

Martin Cooper began selling real estate in 1983 and has personally sold and negotiated in excess of 500 properties. In addition to this he has called over 1,800 auctions and his company Cooper and Co Real Estate has not only expanded to 12 offices across the North Shore and one on Waiheke Island with over 300 staff but also sold over 17,000 properties since it was established in 1991.
The simple analogy is that if you are getting heart surgery you would want a heart surgeon who knew what he was doing.
